AGE REQUIREMENT: Drivers must be over 21 years old for categories A, B, C, E and over 23 years old for categories D, F, G and H.
DRIVER'S LICENSE: A valid driving license at least 1 year or older. International driver’s licence is required for non EU citizens.
CAR CHECK: The customer will inspect the vehicle prior to delivery, and notify the company of any defects.
MINIMUM RENTAL: One day. Starting at about 09:00 am to 10:00 am (depends on traffic) and ending at 20:00 pm
TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and/or administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.
PROPER USE: Only the person described in the rental agreement will be allowed to drive the vehicle. The vehicle is not to be used for: hire or reward, race, speed test, contest, by any person under the influence of alcohol or medicines or narcotics, carry passengers in excess of the normal seating capacity, off road use.
FULL THIRD PARTY INSURANCE: Rental rates include the following coverage: a) Death or body injuries to third party b) Property damages to third party c) The renter car against fire and theft.
FULL INSURANCE WITHOUT EXCESS: Total cover for damages caused by renter’s fault by paying 5€ per day extra for categories A, B, C, E and 7€ per day for D, F, G, H categories. Collision damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the First office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence.
FULL INSURANCE WITH EXCESS: You pay up to 300 € for categories A, B, C, E and 500 € for categories D, F, G, H.
DEPOSIT: Payment upon delivery of vehicle with either card or cash. No deposits required.
TAXES: Rates include all taxes.
FUEL: The customer is responsible for all fuel costs. Please, bring back the same amount of fuel the car had at pick up time. To claim money back in case of more petrol is possible only with the receive from the petrol station.
EXTRA EQUIPMENT: Luggage rack, baby seat and snow chains (upon request) free of charge.
DELIVERY – COLLECTION: Free all over Corfu island.
AVAILABILITY: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may force us supply another vehicle in exceptional cases, but of same category (if not better) and no extra cost. In very exceptional case that no car is available, the customer receives back full refund.
ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS: Customers wishing to drive the car out of Corfu must have our advance authorization.
FERRYING: Cars can’t be ferried without our advance authorization.

CONFIRMATION: The reservation is only valid after you receive confirmation e-mail.
